EVA foam sheet die is our newly designed mould.

The production line equiped with this mould could produce PP, PE, CPP, LDPE, HDPE single layer, multi-layers composite floor sheet, widely used in carriage, train, airport, hotel, public building, house decoration, etc.

Die width: Tailor made up to 8000mm

Product thickness tolerance: ± 3%

Die lip radius: R0.05

Die lip surface finish: Up to R 0.01μm

Flow channel surface harden treatment by chromium plating. Plating thickness: 0.02-0.03mm

Hardness: HV900-1000

Roughness of flow channel: R 0.01-0.02

Coating film dies

Surface finish-polishing could reach R 0.02-0.04μm.

Suitable linear speed is 100-4 0 0M/min

The fillet coefficient of die lip edge could be reach about 0.045mm through special process

Coating thickness: From 0.015 to 2.5mm

Viscosity of raw materials: 100CPC to 120000CPC
